Quarterly Communal Fire Door Checks in Caerphilly

Looking for a quarterly communal fire door check in Caerphilly? We inspect, repair and replace fire doors across Caerphilly and surrounding parts of Gwent, with a door-by-door report and every remedial item priced separately.

Quarterly communal fire door checks are three-monthly checks of every fire door in a building's common parts, including its self-closer. In England they are a legal requirement under regulation 10 for residential buildings with storeys over 11 metres; in Wales the schedule is not set by that regulation, but it is a practical way to show fire doors are being looked after.
