Fire Door Inspections is a trading name used within the S&K Group; services are contracted and invoiced by S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd (company number 16932889, Unit 1 Hems Crescent, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 5DG). What we collect

Details you enter in our forms and price tool: name, phone, email, postcode, building details and your message
Messages you send through live chat or WhatsApp
If you accept analytics cookies, information about how you use the site

How we use it and why

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and arrange and deliver the work you ask for. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Where you accept analytics cookies, our basis is your consent.

Who we share it with

The inspector or installer allocated to your job, so they can contact you and carry out the work
S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, which contracts with you and invoices the work
Service providers who process data for us: Web3Forms (form delivery), tawk.to (live chat) and, only with consent, Google Analytics

We do not sell your details or pass them to unrelated companies for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted within 24 months. Records for work we carry out are kept for up to six years after completion for legal, tax and insurance purposes.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us using the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We do not set analytics cookies unless you accept them in the cookie banner. Our live chat (tawk.to) sets cookies needed for the chat to work when it loads. Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it by clearing site data.
