Quarterly Communal Fire Door Checks in Pontypridd

From the CF37 district outwards, we cover Pontypridd and neighbouring towns such as Tonypandy and Caerphilly for quarterly communal fire door checks.

Quarterly communal fire door checks are three-monthly checks of every fire door in a building's common parts, including its self-closer. In England they are a legal requirement under regulation 10 for residential buildings with storeys over 11 metres; in Wales the schedule is not set by that regulation, but it is a practical way to show fire doors are being looked after. We use the same method for buildings in Pontypridd.
