Quarterly Communal Fire Door Checks in Penarth

Whether it is a block of flats, a school or a care home in Penarth, our quarterly communal fire door checks follow the same door-by-door method and report format.

In short: quarterly communal fire door checks are three-monthly checks of every fire door in a building's common parts, including its self-closer. In England they are a legal requirement under regulation 10 for residential buildings with storeys over 11 metres; in Wales the schedule is not set by that regulation, but it is a practical way to show fire doors are being looked after.
