Quarterly Communal Fire Door Checks in Cwmbran

Responsible persons in Cwmbran can book quarterly communal fire door checks with clear reports, useful photos and itemised prices.

In short: quarterly communal fire door checks are three-monthly checks of every fire door in a building's common parts, including its self-closer. In England they are a legal requirement under regulation 10 for residential buildings with storeys over 11 metres; in Wales the schedule is not set by that regulation, but it is a practical way to show fire doors are being looked after.
