Which buildings need quarterly fire door checks?

In England, regulation 10 applies to multi-occupied residential buildings with storeys over 11 metres. All fire doors in the common parts must be checked at least every three months. Lift landing doors are excluded.

Can you price remedial work in Tottenham from another company's report?

Yes. Send the report and we will price each line for your building in Tottenham, or revisit specific doors if the report lacks detail.

Yes, if the building is a multi-occupied residential building with storeys over 11 metres. Tottenham is in England, so the quarterly communal door checks and annual flat entrance door checks apply to those buildings.

Do the checks apply in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland?

No. Regulation 10 is English law. Fire safety law elsewhere in the UK differs in scope, and many landlords and factors adopt the same quarterly routine as good practice.
