Quarterly Communal Fire Door Checks in Ammanford

From the SA18 district outwards, we cover Ammanford and neighbouring towns such as Gorseinon and Llanelli for quarterly communal fire door checks.

Quarterly communal fire door checks are three-monthly checks of every fire door in a building's common parts, including its self-closer. In England they are a legal requirement under regulation 10 for residential buildings with storeys over 11 metres; in Wales the schedule is not set by that regulation, but it is a practical way to show fire doors are being looked after.
