Quarterly Communal Fire Door Checks in Maesteg

Need a quarterly communal fire door check in Maesteg? Tell us the building and roughly how many doors, and we will confirm a fixed price before booking.

Quarterly communal fire door checks are three-monthly checks of every fire door in a building's common parts, including its self-closer. In England they are a legal requirement under regulation 10 for residential buildings with storeys over 11 metres; in Wales the schedule is not set by that regulation, but it is a practical way to show fire doors are being looked after. We use the same method for buildings in Maesteg.
