Fire Door Maintenance Contracts in Hartlepool

Whether it is a block of flats, a school or a care home in Hartlepool, our fire door maintenance contracts follow the same door-by-door method and report format.

A fire door maintenance contract is a planned arrangement where your fire doors are inspected on a fixed cycle and minor faults are corrected on the same visit, at agreed rates, so the doors stay compliant between full inspections rather than being fixed only when they fail. We use the same method for buildings in Hartlepool.
