Annual Flat Entrance Door Checks in the Highlands & Islands
Across the Highlands & Islands, including rural and island locations, we carry out flat entrance door checks for landlords, housing providers, schools and businesses.
Annual Flat Entrance Door Checks: Annual flat entrance door checks are yearly checks of each flat's front door and its self-closer. England's regulation 10 makes them a best-endeavours duty above 11 metres; in Scotland the schedule is not set by that regulation, but checking flat doors every year is a sensible way to evidence maintenance.
