Questions from Stoke-on-Trent clients

Do you work in occupied buildings?

Yes. Most remedial work happens in occupied blocks, schools and workplaces, with doors kept closable and the escape route clear throughout.

Do you work in occupied buildings in Stoke-on-Trent?

Yes. Inspections and repairs in Stoke-on-Trent can be carried out in occupied flats, schools, care homes and workplaces, with doors kept closable at all times.

Will the door still be a certified fire door after repair?

The aim of remedial work is to restore the door's original performance using compatible components and methods. Where a repair would go outside what the door's evidence supports, we will recommend replacement instead.
