Horsham FAQs

Can you fit a fire door into the existing frame?

Sometimes, if the frame is sound, compatible with the new leaf and the leaf's evidence allows it. Often a complete doorset is cheaper over the door's life and easier to evidence.

Do you provide paperwork?

Yes. You receive the product's certification or test evidence, an installation record and photographs for each door.

Do you work in occupied buildings in Horsham?

Yes. Inspections and repairs in Horsham can be carried out in occupied flats, schools, care homes and workplaces, with doors kept closable at all times.

Does regulation 10 apply to buildings in Horsham?

Yes, if the building is a multi-occupied residential building with storeys over 11 metres. Horsham is in England, so the quarterly communal door checks and annual flat entrance door checks apply to those buildings.
