Questions from Horsham clients

Is a temporary repair enough?

A make-safe gets the door closing and latching. It is recorded as temporary until a permanent repair or replacement restores the door's certified performance.

How quickly can you attend?

It depends on location and time of day. Tell us how urgent the situation is and we will give you a firm time when you call, rather than a promise we cannot keep.

Which fire safety law applies in Horsham?

Horsham is in England, so the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 applies, together with the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 for multi-occupied residential buildings.

Can you price remedial work in Horsham from another company's report?

Yes. Send the report and we will price each line for your building in Horsham, or revisit specific doors if the report lacks detail.
