Questions from Eltham clients

Do you cover the area around Eltham?

Yes. As well as Eltham itself we cover nearby towns including Blackheath, Welling and Catford.

Is a temporary repair enough?

A make-safe gets the door closing and latching. It is recorded as temporary until a permanent repair or replacement restores the door's certified performance.

Can you help with an insurance claim?

We photograph the damage and provide a written description and quotation that insurers usually ask for.

Does regulation 10 apply to buildings in Eltham?

Yes, if the building is a multi-occupied residential building with storeys over 11 metres. Eltham is in England, so the quarterly communal door checks and annual flat entrance door checks apply to those buildings.
